Met opruimen bespaar je geld. Wanneer je huis is opgeruimd koop je geen spullen dubbel. Wanneer je geen overzicht hebt over je spullen gebeurt het vaak dat je het dubbel aanschaf omdat je niet weet dat je het hebt of waar het ligt. Lees in mijn column hoe je geld kunt besparen met opruimen.
Afgelopen week was ik met een klant zijn kast aan het opruimen en ergens achterin – op een onlogische plek – lag een Appel TV nog helemaal nieuw in de doos. Zijn reactie was meteen ‘ohhh daar is ie’. ‘Daar heb ik echt heel lang en heel vaak naar gezocht’. ‘Ik heb inmiddels al een nieuwe gekocht’.
In de volle laden met bonnetje zijn we samen gaan zoeken naar de Appel TV bon. Helaas hebben we deze na lang zoeken niet gevonden. Uiteindelijk is de Appel TV via Marktplaats verkocht, uiteraard voor een veel lager bedrag dan de aankoopprijs.Zo heb ik ook wel eens bij een klant na het opruimen van zijn gehele woonkamer en keuken 34 fietslampjes gevonden. Hij had er geen idee van dat hij er zoveel had en schrok daar erg van. Hij was ze iedere keer kwijt en kocht weer een nieuwe en legde die dan ergens in een kast of la. Hij heeft er vier gehouden en de andere heeft hij verkocht. Met dat geld kon hij mij ruimschoots betalen.
