Wanneer je gaat verhuizen is dat een mooi moment om al je spullen eens goed op te ruimen. En alleen de spullen mee te nemen die je echt nodig hebt en gebruikt. Maar hoe doe je dat en waar moet je beginnen?
Ik merk dat veel mensen moeite hebben om een verhuizing goed voor te bereiden en keuzes te maken in wat ze wel en wat ze niet mee nemen naar het nieuwe huis. Ik zie dat daardoor mensen soms zelfs de verkoop van het huis uitstellen en in sommige gevallen zelfs afzeggen.
Als opruimcoach heb ik een mevrouw geholpen die van een twee onder één kapwoning naar een vrijstaande woning verhuisde. Je zou zeggen genoeg ruimte; dus gooi alles in dozen en geef de spullen een nieuwe plek. Maar het huidige huis stond zo vol met spullen waarvan ze zeker wist dat ze heel veel niet meer gebruikte.
