Herken je dit: Je hebt een drukke baan, je wilt graag elke week sporten, je moet boodschappen doen, koken en dan blijft er weinig tijd over voor je huishouden. Je loop een achterstand op en dat kan soms zo ver oplopen dat je niet meer weet waar je moet beginnen. in mijn column vertel ik overmand die ook in deze situatie terecht was gekomenen er helemaal door heel zat.. maar na mijn hulp niet meer.

Ik ben momenteel iemand aan het helpen die een goede baan heeft en een mooi huis. Helaas is zijn achterstand in het huishouden zo ver achter komen te lopen, dat hij niet meer weet waar hij moet beginnen. Als hij na een lange en zware werkdag thuiskomt, kan hij niet in zijn eigen keuken koken omdat het hele aanrecht vol staat met spullen.Hij gaat noodgedwongen dagelijks eten halen en dat is niet elke dag even gezond eten.
Als hij het eten heeft gehaald, kan hij niet aan tafel zitten omdat deze ook vol staat met spullen. Een lekker plekje op de bank is er ook niet meer. Hij gaat dan ook in de avond vaak een blokje om voor het slapen gaan om zo min mogelijk thuis te zijn. In het weekend is hij vrij, maar dan heeft hij niet de energie om aan de grote opruimklus te beginnen. Hij voelt zich ook niet meer prettig in zijn eigen huis en is dus in het weekend vaak (noodgedwongen) op pad.
